Untitled Poem for Saint-Just
by Katerina
You had courage and resolution to redeem the world,
You the damned, you the saint,
Why you had never looked back to see,
How the red blood is kissing your feet.
You thought it will flow away, just to clean the
earth,
From corruption, indulgence, which shorten our breath,
It stuck to your name, perhaps by jealousy led,
That you could change the run of the fate.
